Personal training is your time. It may even be timeout from the day-to-day.

Whether you are new to functional fitness training, wish to be challenged in achieving particular fitness goals, prefer programmed training tailored to your needs one-on-one or simply want to maintain your usual workout regime while on holiday – BB Fit personal training is for you.

Located at picturesque Binalong Bay, our private well-equipped studio enables everything from no equipment bodyweight workouts to burn fat and get lean, to focus on balance and core strength, to overall strength and conditioning workouts.

Whatever your situation, you will be asked to complete the attached short pre exercise screening questionnaire. Based on the results of this, your fitness assessment, any injuries you may have and your exercise history I will ensure you’re right to go and session programming meets your individual needs.

Generally, benchmarks will be set, from which progress will be regularly monitored to keep you seeing and feeling the benefits of your investment in your health and well being.

Bookings are essential to confirm your place and avoid disappointment;
Payment of fees is required to confirm your booking, otherwise your place will be reallocated;
To continually hold your place, payment must be received before your current block of sessions runs out,
If you are unable to attend, please notify me with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, so your place can be reallocated. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for that session.
