Online training offers you the opportunity to work with a trainer one-on-one at your level but within the privacy and comfort of your own home. This way you are challenged and kept on track.
Minimal equipment is required. All you need is a tablet or computer, equipped with webcam (and microphone), connected to the internet and a TV screen.
Exercise pre-screening will clarify your particular motivation, fitness readiness, and what you wish to achieve. Training will be scheduled regularly at an agreed time that suits.
One-hour consecutively programmed sessions will always begin with a warm up and end with relevant stretching.
Ideally, training sessions will be well rounded challenging your entire body by encompassing strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, agility and flexibility goals.
30 minutes = $30;
45 minutes = $45;
60 minutes = $60.
Commit to twice a week = $80/pwk
