Group Fitness

BB Fit is essentially a group training business located in picturesque Binalong Bay on the east coast of Tasmania.

BB Fit has been created to promote an affordable, fun and results-oriented fitness experience for like-minded people.

No session is the same. Using dumbbells, weight plates, medicine and slam balls, ladders, kettle bells, skipping ropes, resistance bands and tyres the range of exercises is boundless. Body weight and aerobic elements are included in the mix.

 

The range of these sessions sets them apart from a conventional gym, necessarily activating large muscle groups while also focusing on your core and stabilizing muscles. Gains in strength, muscle tone, flexibility, agility and endurance will be felt.

Beginners to those with an advanced level of fitness can capably participate as you control the intensity at which you work. Emphasis though is placed on performing exercises correctly and to your level of ability.

Upon enrolment, you will complete pre-exercise screening to establish benchmarks against which you can measure your performance and chart your results.

The objective for each session will be the feeling of walking away knowing you’ve expended maximum energy, which, in itself, will energise you for the day.

Each session will begin with a warm up and end with specific stretches to unwind those tight muscles while you have a sense of satisfaction from job well done.
